卸货平台/ Unloading platform
特服卸货平台为客户提供了一台专业、完美、安全、人性化设计的设备，作为装卸货时平台装卸区与卡车的过渡设备，使得叉车设备能在一个平坦平面上进出货车，装卸货物。完整的卸货平台包括一体式液压系统，整体台面结构，活页小搭板结构，开放式底座，安全脚侧护板，和两块标准防撞胶，均按照EN1398标准生产。卸货平台是目前最常用，也是应用最广泛的卸货平台，其性能稳定，操作简单，运行平稳，安全可靠。
Dock leveler is professional, perfect, safe and humanized design equipment.
It is a transitional device between truck and loading & unloading zone, makes forklift can go in/out of the truck in a flat plane when loading and unloading cargo. Complete dock leveler includes integrated hydraulic system, overall mesa structure, loose-leaf small slab structure, open base, safety pin side guards, and two standard rubber bumpers, which are all produced according to EN1398 standard. It is the most common and also the most widely unloading platform, with stable performance, simple operation, safe and reliable function.
产品结构技术性能/ FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC /
※ 平台结构：采用整体平台面结构设计，表面采用高强度拉伸花纹板台面板。面板底部骨架采用独有“I”型钢支撑结构，有效分解力的分布，减少骨架扭力。台面静载力从8吨到最大15吨,动载从5吨到最大10吨。
※ 开放式底座：易于坑位的清理和日常维护。
※ 动力单元：由一体式液压系统和液压泵站构成。动力单元安装于卸货平台的底座上，安装位置高于坑位平面，远离垃圾和杂物。
※ 电源配置：我们可提供两种电源配置供客户选择：380V/50Hz/0.75Kw 和 220V/50Hz/1.1Kw;均配有内置式防超载电机。
一体式液压系统：主油缸内径为63mm(2-1/2”)，辅油缸内径为50mm(2”)。适用于40℃(100℉)的环境温度。
单管连接延长了完全密封的液压系统和液压泵站的寿命，降低了维护费用。
※ 控制面板：一键式按钮开关，便于操作。各泊存装备间装有联锁装置，进一步增强了安全性。
※ 独立支腿结构：专利设计的28吨(60,600lbs.)支撑腿结构，可以在卸货的过程中，当卡车突然离开平台卸货区域，支撑腿可以使货物和叉车保持在水平面，最大限度地降低事故的发生，保证了操作人员的安全。
※ 防夹脚设计：卸货平台两侧防夹脚护板，沿边有黄/黑斜条警示条，即便在大台面升到最高的时候，侧板也能保证侧部的完全封闭，可有效避免压伤脚趾的危险，可使人、叉车、货物受到充分保护。
※ 装配维修支撑杆：卸货平台带有装配维修支撑杆，以便在设备维护检修或坑位清洗时，支撑住卸货平台，确保平台下操作人员的安全。
※ 浮动调整：当活页小搭扳搭在卡车尾部时，可以垂直偏转，调节范围在100mm(4”)以内。
※ 防撞胶：卸货平台前端配备了两块重型防撞胶，型号为B300-250F，250mm x 300mm(10”x 12”)。
